Join a growing team and take ownership of the accounts payable functionMetroll Dubbo is looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Dubbo.This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a hands-on role and wants to be part of a supportive and established Australian business.About the RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end accounts payable process and help ensure invoices and supplier payments are processed accurately and on time.Your responsibilities will include:Processing and coding supplier invoicesMatching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentationChecking invoices for accuracy and resolving discrepanciesProcessing supplier payments and maintaining payment recordsResponding to supplier queries and following up outstanding issuesMaintaining accurate supplier recordsAssisting with month-end accounts payable activitiesSupporting reconciliations and general finance administrationMaintaining organised and accurate financial recordsWorking closely with purchasing, operations and other internal teamsIdentifying and resolving invoice and payment issues in a timely mannerAbout YouYou'll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys keeping things organised and is comfortable working in a hands-on environment.To be successful in this role,
