Organic growth has created the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the team.
Interest from RCs at all levels is welcome.
You'll be Sydney based, working 3 days from home & 2 days from their Inner West office, & visiting clients across your local region.
The Role
Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
Vocational assessments & counselling
Attend case conferences & liaise with insurers, employers & treating providers to facilitate RTW outcomes
Focus on quality & achieving outcomes, with reasonable billable expectations
Visit clients across your local Sydney region & deliver Telehealth services from home
Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
Training & coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants

The Ideal Candidate
ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor (Associate or Full Member)
1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable
A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
Comfortable working independently & as part of a team
Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
Driver's licence & car
