Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, telecommunications, or other sales-focused industries often excel in this role.What You'll Be DoingAs a Sales Consultant Trainee, you'll work next to our experienced team and learn how to help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs.
You will learn how to deliver an exceptional ownership experience from first contact through to delivery and beyond.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers with the purchase of new, demonstrator, and used vehiclesManaging the complete customer journey from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales follow-upBuilding strong relationships with customers through exceptional serviceGenerating new business through proactive phone and face-to-face prospectingMaintaining accurate customer records using our CRM systemsDeveloping and maintaining strong product knowledge across multiple vehicle brandsWorking closely with the wider dealership team to achieve individual and team goalsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.To be successful,
