Due to an increased workload, they are seeking an experienced and immediately available Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a contract through to the end of June ****.This role will form part of a collaborative Accounts Receivable team, assisting with maintaining accurate customer accounts, resolving enquiries and supporting day-to-day AR operations.
The position offers the opportunity to work from home,
with working hours of 7:30am–3:30pm.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and internal stakeholders regarding account enquiriesManage and resolve customer disputes through the organisation's dispute resolution systemProcess credit card payments over the phone and manage direct debit form submissionsReconcile customer accounts and provide account statements upon requestSet up new client accounts and process credit notes as requiredAssist with reconciliations and reporting tasks using ExcelSkills and ExperiencePrevious Accounts Receivable or finance administration experience requiredStrong communication skills and confidence handling customer enquiriesHigh attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts accuratelyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams and ExcelAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environmentPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented team cultureReliable and dependable, with a suitable work-from-home set-up and the ability to work independently and remain connected with the broader team
