That growth means real opportunity for someone who wants to shape how finance works here as we scale.Reporting directly to our Chief Financial & Operating Officer, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function and own the integrity of our financial control setting across the corporate entity, our managed funds and the underlying property assets.
It's a hands‐on technical role with genuine leadership responsibility.
You'll lead a small finance team and lift process, documentation and controls as we grow.What you'll ownMonth‐end close and monthly management reporting across corporate, fund and asset entities, with commentary that adds insight, not just numbersFund accounting, including trust accounting, distributions and investor reportingProperty accounting, including outgoings, recoveries and asset‐level reportingStatutory reporting, external audit and all tax obligations, working with our external advisersTreasury, cash flow forecasting and debt facility administration, including covenant reportingThe annual budget,



rolling forecasts and scenario analysis to support leadership decisionsFinance systems and process improvement, building ways of working that don't depend on any one personFinancial support on acquisitions, disposals and capital transactionsWhat you'll bringCA or CPA qualification with substantial post‐qualification experience, including time as a Financial Controller or senior finance managerFunds management accounting experience, including trust accounting, distributions and investor reportingStrong technical accounting and current knowledge of Australian Accounting StandardsProven ownership of month‐end, statutory reporting and external auditExperience leading and developing a small teamA track record of improving systems, processes and controlsThe ability to explain financial information clearly to non‐finance people, and the confidence to raise issues earlyProperty accounting experience (particularly commercial office), unlisted property funds or AFSL environment experience, and exposure to acquisitions or capital raising will all be highly regarded.
