We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Casino manufacturing site on a part-time basis.

Reception, Visitor & Site Support: Be the welcoming face of the Casino site by managing reception, visitor access and registrations, incoming calls, site supplies, first aid requirements and general administration to keep the workplace organised and professional.2.
Mail & Logistics Administration: Managing mail, packages, couriers and the site sample process.3.
Retail Shop & Events: Manage the day-to-day operation of the site retail shop, including customer service, inventory, stock control and financial reporting, while also coordinating site events, celebrations,
catering and customer or international visits.4.
General Administration: This role will support with general administration across the site as required.What You Wil Bring to the Table:Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or a similar roleExperience supporting an office or workplace environmentStrong proficiency across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use multiple software applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively with people across different teams and levels of the organisationA high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentialityWho You Are:Approachable and friendly – you enjoy being the first point of contact and creating a positive experience for othersOrganised and reliable – you can manage multiple priorities and keep things running smoothlyA confident communicator – you are comfortable interacting with team members, visitors and stakeholdersA problem solver – you are comfortable taking initiative and finding practical solutionsDetail-focused – you understand the importance of accuracy, compliance and good administrationA team player – you enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive site cultureAdaptable – you're comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where priorities can changeWhat's Next?
