We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is keen to learn.
In order to excel in this position, previous sales experience .
Your communication skills will be vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and current customers, as well as negotiating prices and finalising sales.
You will also be supporting our service team by helping them to prepare and close jobs.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited toProvide product information to customers,



and pricing and regularly update customers on lead times.Manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Identify sales opportunities.Have experience with CRM systems (Not essential training will be provided)Manage a prospective sales pipeline and move opportunities through itFollow up on sales leads generated from various sourceHandle email and telephone enquiriesFollow up on outstanding quotationsProvide accurate and timely quotesPreparing quotes for service jobsScheduling service jobsSending quotes to customers for service jobsClosing service Jobs and sending customers final invoicesPicking parts for service jobscoordinating with customers for service jobsProcessing customer orders (including picking, packing and dispatch)General administration supportThe successful applicant will havePrevious experience in Internal Sales or service supportHigh attention to detailProven ability to plan, organise, monitor, and adapt processes to support improvement strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail with excellent time management skills.Flexible and dependable with the capacity to work under pressureStrong motivation, energy, and goal orientationTraining will be provided by PharmEquip Pty LtdPlease note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
