We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Experience Specialist to join an established and reputable organisation based in Eastern Creek.This isn't a traditional call centre role.
You'll work with ongoing business customers and accounts, managing orders, stock availability, deliveries, returns and customer issues while working closely with internal sales, operations and supply chain teams.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while ensuring orders and customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and managing customer orders through the ERP
Managing forward and back orders and delivery dates
Responding to customer enquiries regarding stock, orders and service
Liaising with sales, operations, supply chain and warehouse teams
Resolving delivery issues, discrepancies and customer concerns
Processing returns, credits and warranty claims
Supporting service and administrative activities
Maintaining accurate customer and order information




Building strong ongoing relationships with business customers
You'll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment where there are multiple customers, orders and priorities to manage simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate You'll bring previous B2B customer service, account coordination, internal sales or customer experience experience, ideally from a manufacturing, wholesale, distribution or other product-based environment.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience managing ongoing business customer relationships
Is confident handling orders and customer enquiries
Has worked with an ERP or similar business system
Has strong attention to detail
Can manage competing priorities
Has excellent communication and phone skills
Enjoys solving customer problems
Works well across sales, operations and supply chain
Is reliable, professional and genuinely customer-focused
Experience with returns, warranties, stock management or wholesale will be highly regarded.
