Court Services Victoria is seeking a highly analytical qualified to join the Court Programs and Services Group in Melbourne.
You will drive service excellence through data, performance insights and contract oversight, supporting Victorian communities and improving outcomes for specialist court programs.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of contracted services, develop BI dashboards and SQL reporting, and translate complex data
