and project resourcesManage project budgets, forecasting, variations, labour, and cost controlMonitor project schedules, progress, and overall performanceEnsure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standardEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, and quality systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersManage project reporting, planning, resource allocation, and documentationIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunitiesWork closely with site leadership to ensure successful project outcomesWhat You'll Need to SucceedExperience with Commercial Refurbishment works (Required)Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within a commercial electrical contractorAlternatively, strong Electrical Supervisory experience with the ambition to move into Project ManagementStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSound knowledge of Australian Standards, WHS requirements, and electrical complianceStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailFull Australian working rightsStrong understanding of commercial electrical installations and construction projectsExperience managing project timelines, budgets, variations, labour, and resources
