Job Description
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
gather,analyse, and document requirements
.
Break down large, ambiguous problems into
smaller,well-defined tasks
or use cases.
Create
process flows, user stories, functionalspecifications
, and other artifacts.
Translate business needs into
logical, structured,and actionable requirements
.
Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teamsto ensure accurate implementation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstormingsessions to uncover root causes.
Perform
gap analysis
, impact assessments, anddata analysis as needed.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing testcases and validating deliverables.
Act as a liaison between business users and technicalteams throughout the project lifecycle.




Required skills and qualifications :
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in asimilar role.
Strong
logical thinking and analytical skills
—able to approach problems methodically.
Excellent communication skills — able to explaincomplex ideas simply.
Experience in writing
transparent, structureddocumentation
(e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).
Comfortable with
process mapping
tools (e.g.,Griffy, Visio).
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega,Power Platform).
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similartools.
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
