This growth focused commercial property investment and funds management business has doubled in size over the last few years and is set to do it again, and they're after a Property Manager to help take their portfolio to the next level.About the RoleAs Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of varied assets, managing tenant relationships, lease renewals, budgets, CAPEX and day to day property operations, with the autonomy to make it your own.
You'll work closely with the Senior Property Manager to optimise portfolio performance, minimise vacancy and deliver strong outcomes for investors.
This is a business on the owner's side of the table, which offers a different kind of exposure and involvement compared to third party managing agents.
Responsibilities
Manage tenant relationships, lease renewals and compliance across your portfolioCreate, monitor and report on CAPEX, leasing and outgoings budgetsConduct regular site visits and maintain up to date property condition reportsLiaise with contractors, leasing agents and other external stakeholdersSupport due diligence on asset acquisitions and disposalsMaintain accurate records and reporting within the company's property management system

Experience in commercial property management (retail, office or industrial)Real Estate Licence highly regarded but not essentialStrong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working autonomously and managing competing prioritiesFull time, office based role in the Brisbane CBD
