As a
Maintenance Officer
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the village remains safe, attractive and operating smoothly.
From coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance to supporting residents with day-to-day maintenance requests, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Working both independently and as part of a close-knit team, you'll help create an exceptional living experience for our residents.
This is a
Full-time position
, working
Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm
with
no weekend work
.
Reporting to the Village Manager, your duties will include;
Coordinate and undertake general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance across the village.
Maintain village buildings, common areas, facilities and grounds to a high standard.
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become problems.
Support workplace health and safety compliance and report hazards as required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders using computer-based systems.
Contribute to the presentation, safety and overall resident experience within the village.

Previous experience in a
maintenance, facilities, handyperson or property maintenance
role.

ability to undertake a broad range of maintenance tasks

and confidence using digital systems.
