You'll manage vacancies across SIL, SDA and other housing options, guiding clients, families and stakeholders from first enquiry through move-in for a smooth, informed and positive experience.
You'll bring a qualification in human services and experience in disability or aged care coordination, with robust NDIS knowledge and excellent communication.
