We're launching a brand-new Pan Asian food offering, and we're looking for passionate chefs at all levels — from apprentices through to senior chefs — to be part of it, on both a full-time and part-time basis.About the roleYou'll play a key role in bringing our new menu to life, working alongside an experienced kitchen team to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced venue.
Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, in line with recipes and presentation guidelinesSupporting the development and rollout of our new Pan Asian menuMaintaining a clean, organised and compliant kitchen in line with food safety standardsManaging stock, storage and ordering as required for your levelWorking collaboratively with the broader kitchen and floor team,
