About the Opportunity We're currently seeking passionate chefs at all skill levels to join our dynamic culinary team.
Across RACV City Club, our chefs have the opportunity to work across a variety of kitchens and dining experiences, from our busy bistro and café operations to high-volume conference and events catering, as well as premium dining outlets.
Using high‐quality, fresh produce, our team consistently delivers exceptional cuisine and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Our team work a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends public holidays.
Our various kitchens cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, in-room dining and large C E groups.

Your key responsibilities for the role include: Perform kitchen operation duties Perform knife skills, mis en place, cooking techniques duties Produce a consistent high quality product standard Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean hygienic kitchen Rotate stock,
ensuring minimal wastage Work well in a team environment and follow directions from senior chefs Follow WHS, policies and procedures What you'll need to be successful Flexibility and availability to work a 7-day rotating roster - weekdays, evenings, weekends public holidays.
Our team work between 5am - midnight Completed a vocationally accredited Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery qualification, for Commis role higher, essential Previous cooking experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort commercial kitchen, essential Knife, food preparation cookery skills ie.
conference events, larder, grill, buffet and short order Understanding of kitchen sections, service styles, mis en place procedures, food items, cookery techniques, sauces, cold larder, vegetables butchery Thrive in a large, busy fast paced work environment, with efficiency, organisation, time management and attention to detail Effective communication skills, can follow direction and work well in a team environment Committed and a passion for cooking with a strong focus on food quality and presentation Excellent grooming personal presentation We are Offering Chef de Partie, Demi, Commi Apprentice Chef levels available to suit your experience skill level Full-time, Part-time Casual opportunities available to suit your lifestyle Competitive salary, industry benchmarked + penalties evenings,
