Opportunities are available across our current and upcoming projects.About the RolesAs a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crews and coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Mine site civil and earthworks projectsTMR and Council road construction and upgradesRoad rehabilitation and stabilisation worksBulk and detailed earthworksPavement construction and preparationDrainage and associated civil worksPlant and equipment coordinationRehabilitation and maintenance worksKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors and plantPlan daily works and allocate labour, plant and resourcesEnsure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirementsCoordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and site representativesMonitor productivity, quality and project progressConduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and daily planningMaintain high standards of safety, environmental compliance and workmanshipAssist with programming and achieving project milestonesAbout YouWe are looking for experienced,
