Focus of the Role
This role is focused on running the management and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns across multiple clients and brands.
It requires a can-do approach and the ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently.
Depending on the size this could be all the way from brief to implementation response, managing media plans and extending to booking and implementation of schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver multi-channel media plans in response to client briefs, across online and offline channels.
* Manage campaigns from brief through to implementation, ensuring activity is delivered in line with strategy, timelines and client requirements.
* Work with media owners to negotiate placements, secure competitive rates and deliver effective media solutions.
* Monitor, optimise and update media activity, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
* Build strong client relationships,



understanding their business needs and providing proactive, high-quality service.
* Manage campaign reporting, budgets, reconciliations and invoicing, ensuring all activity is accurate and delivered on time.
* Bring innovative media ideas, solutions and relevant technology to client briefs to create competitive advantage.
* Collaborate with internal teams and coordinators to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
About You
* Experience in media planning and/or buying, ideally across a range of media channels and client accounts.
* A strong understanding of the media landscape, with a genuine passion for media, communications and emerging industry trends.
* Confident working from brief through to implementation, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects forward independently.
* Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with an ability to optimise campaigns, manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients, media owners and internal teams.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, reporting and budgets accurately.
* A cooperative team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude and is committed to delivering a high standard of work.
