Company DescriptionWe're looking for a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join us at Maven Dental Maroochydore, in a role that covers both chairside assisting and reception.You'll assist our clinicians through general, restorative and cosmetic appointments, and also spend time at the front desk welcoming patients, managing the diary and handling enquiries.
It's a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and likes being across both sides of the practice.As this is a casual position, shifts will vary from week to week and flexible availability is required.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and handling general enquiries in person and over the phoneManaging appointments, bookings and patient recallsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate patient recordsProviding chairside assistance across general, restorative and cosmetic proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and assisting clinicians during appointmentsSterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipmentFollowing infection control procedures and maintaining a clean clinical environmentSupporting stock control and other day-to-day practice tasksQualificationsTo succeed in the role, you will bring:Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with a working knowledge of dental procedures and terminologyConfidence on reception, including bookings, enquiries and payment processingWarm interpersonal skills and transparent,
