Job Description Follow up policies and procedures to comply with the requirements Full analysis of offers, pre-shipment samples, shipment samples, and arrivals (Commercial to Specialty) Prepare and dispatch samples to customers Maintain accurate records of all coffees received and assessed in the system Prepare cupping sessions following SCA protocols Conduct physical analysis, measurements and recordings of coffee attributes, including screen size and moisture content Cupping to ensure the quality requirements are within specifications and authorise the product's release Keep cupping areas, dishwashing facilities, and sample rooms clean and organized; Qualifications Demonstrated experience in coffee cupping, sensory evaluation, tasting, and coffee quality assessment.
Experience in coffee quality control,



coffee roasting, hospitality, food beverage, laboratory testing, or related environments is preferred.
Exposure to specialty and/or commercial coffee markets is advantageous.
Experience with laboratory activities, sample management, and quality record keeping is beneficial but not essential.
Additional Information The role is based in our Australia office and requires unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Valuable written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a dynamic trading environment and respond professionally to customer and operational priorities.
