Reporting to the Head of Research, you will play a key role in translating research into practice, driving portfolio performance and strengthening evidence-informed decision making across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Research Institute's portfolioTranslate strategic priorities into operational plans, deliverables and outcomesOversee research, evaluation and implementation projects to ensure quality and timely deliveryDrive portfolio governance, risk management, reporting and performance monitoringSupport the integration of research into practice, policy and service improvement initiativesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic and industry partnersPrepare high-quality reports, board papers, briefs and strategic communicationsProvide mentoring, guidance and capability development across research and project teamsContribute to continuous improvement, innovation and organisational impact initiativesAbout youYou are a strategic and collaborative leader with experience delivering complex research, evaluation, implementation or health improvement programs.
