Its Perth practice covers criminal injuries compensation, workers compensation, motor vehicle, public liability, medical negligence and TPD claims.
The Chance Our client is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Perth office.
The role is mainly criminal injuries compensation, with exposure to the firm's wider personal injury work.
The title will match your experience.
Most of your file load will be compensation claims for victims of crime.
You'll take instructions, gather police, medical and other evidence, and prepare and present applications through to determination.
Alongside this, you'll work on other plaintiff personal injury matters, which broadens your experience beyond a single scheme.
The clients have often been through traumatic events, so this role needs someone who is both technically sound and good with people.
