Physiotherapist – Mixed Caseload Mobile Community Location: The Hills, Hornsby, Blacktown, Parramatta, Ku-ring-gai surrounding areas, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience: New Graduates Experienced Physiotherapists Welcome Make a Difference Where It Matters Most We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join a growing community-based allied health team delivering personalised physiotherapy directly to clients in their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to work with clients across different ages, conditions and levels of functional ability.
You will work primarily with older adults, NDIS participants and clients requiring rehabilitation and injury management , providing one-on-one, exercise-based physiotherapy tailored to each person's goals and everyday environment.
About the Role As a Mobile Physiotherapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation within clients' homes and community environments.
Your mixed caseload may include: Aged care physiotherapy NDIS and disability support Neurological rehabilitation Falls prevention and balance training Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation Acute and chronic injury management Mobility and functional rehabilitation Strength and conditioning Exercise prescription Pain management Functional capacity and mobility assessments Rehabilitation to support independence at home You may work with clients experiencing conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and other neurological or disability-related presentations , alongside more general mobility, strength, balance and musculoskeletal needs.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs Deliver one-on-one, exercise-based physiotherapy Prescribe and progress appropriate therapeutic exercises Address mobility, balance,
strength and functional limitations Implement falls prevention strategies Support clients before and after surgery Assist clients to improve independence with everyday activities Monitor and document clinical progress Prepare clinical reports and relevant documentation Communicate effectively with families, carers and support networks Collaborate with other healthcare and allied health professionals Manage your caseload and appointments effectively Maintain high clinical and professional standards Participate in ongoing professional development A Truly Mixed Caseload This role is suited to a Physiotherapist who enjoys variety and autonomy .
Rather than working exclusively with one clinical population, you may move between an older adult requiring falls-prevention training, an NDIS participant working toward functional goals, and a client recovering from surgery or an injury.

AHPRA registered or eligible for registration Passionate about client-centred care Comfortable working with a mixed caseload Confident working independently in community settings Strong in assessment, exercise prescription and rehabilitation Interested in aged care, disability and community physiotherapy A good communicator with clients, families and support teams Organised and capable of managing a mobile caseload Adaptable to different home environments Committed to evidence-based practice Passionate about helping people maintain independence and achieve meaningful goals New graduate Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience with aged care, NDIS, neurological rehabilitation or community physiotherapy is advantageous, but clinicians with a strong interest in developing these skills are also encouraged to apply.
