We represent a major Australian law firm comprising lawyers across a number of Australian offices, and including a significant global network.As an upshot of growth, the Sydney office are now looking to hire a junior to mid-level E&P; lawyer.The Sydney E&P; team advises across the full spectrum of planning and environmental matters, from initial planning and feasibility assessments through to development approvals, appeals and enforcement.Position DescriptionThis is a position which will provide unparalleled opportunities for progression, mentorship and skill development in this area of law.You will gain broad exposure to a diverse range of planning, environmental and regulatory matters and work with a high-calibre client base that includes State and Local Governments, developers, industry participants, property owners, funds, corporate groups, renewable energy companies, builders and financiers.Your role will include:Appeals and enforcement proceedings in the Planning and Environment Court;Planning, environmental and building matters;Drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements;Infrastructure planning,
