This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management of a correctional centre in the Northern Territory, contributing to safer communities and positive outcomes for people in custody.
Positions are available across the Greater Darwin Region, Alice Springs, and Katherine.About the RoleAs Deputy Superintendent, you will support the General Manager in leading complex custodial operations to ensure the safe, secure and humane management of prisoners while driving organisational performance, operational excellence and strategic reform.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the overall management and performance of correctional centre operations.Leading strategic and operational initiatives that enhance safety, security and prisoner outcomes.Driving compliance with legislative, regulatory and operational requirements.Championing cultural change, continuous improvement and high-performance practices.Managing people, resources, budgets and operational risks.Supporting industrial relations, workforce development, health and safety,
