efficiently and to a high standard.About YouYou'll be an experienced Mining Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of heavy mobile equipment maintenance.To be successful, you'll have:Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in miningStrong knowledge of excavator and ancillary equipment maintenanceLiebherr excavator experience is highly regardedProven ability to lead, coach and develop a maintenance teamExperience coordinating planned and reactive maintenanceStrong safety, communication and problem-solving skillsA focus on equipment reliability, quality and continuous improvementStrong planning, decision-making and organisational skillsCurrent Australian Driver LicenceRelevant mechanical trade qualification is highly regardedWhy MacKellar?
