Western Work Force are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client, based in Redcliffe.The successful candidate will provide transactional finance support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations and internal reporting, while also providing backup support for payroll when required.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices in line with Procure-to-Pay proceduresReconcile supplier accounts and assist with payment runsManage employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliationsGenerate and submit debtor invoices through client portalsUpload invoices to NAB IFF and reconcile facility dataMonitor debtor ageing and follow up outstanding accountsProcess receipt allocations and maintain accurate AR recordsComplete bank account and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and system entriesPrepare routine and ad hoc financial reportsSupport internal financial controls,



compliance and audit requirementsAssist with ERP and business software administrationIdentify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiencyProvide backup support for payroll when requiredWork closely with the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller on allocated tasksAbout You:2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable positionStrong understanding of transactional finance processesAdvanced Excel skillsExperience using MYOB AcumaticaWhat's On Offer:Competitive hourly rate.Monday to Friday hours.Immediate work available.About Us:Western Work Force is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment & Labour Hire business with its head office located in Perth, Western Australia.
