You will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily living needs while promoting dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance and mealtime supportSupport residents' physical, emotional, social and cultural needs in line with care plansFoster an environment of respect, inclusion, privacy and independence for residentsAccurately complete documentation,



charts and care records in a timely mannerWork collaboratively with nurses, care staff, allied health professionals and other team membersComply with organisational policies, aged care quality standards, WHS requirements and code of conductAbout YouYou are a caring and reliable team player with a genuine commitment to supporting older people.
