Audit ManagerLocation: BrightonPro Finance is partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Brighton office.This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified professional to manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, lead and develop a talented team, and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm's audit offering.
A significant proportion of the work involves charities and not-for-profit organisations.The RoleKey responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectorsLeading audit assignments from planning through to completionReviewing audit and accounts work prepared by junior staffCoaching and developing team membersPreparing and reviewing statutory accountsBuilding strong client relationshipsSupporting business development and practice growth initiativesAssisting with the development of audit servicesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesOccasional travel to client sites and London meetingsAbout YouYou will ideally have:ACA or ACCA qualificationStrong audit and accounts experience within practiceExperience managing client relationships and deadlinesPrevious experience reviewing and supervising junior staffExcellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable:Charity or not-for-profit sector experienceBusiness development experiencePeople management experienceWhat's on Offer?
