This position is across our Sydney and Double Bay salons.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, thrives in a skilled environment, and enjoys delivering a seamless,



high-touch client experience.WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILSManaging bookings and client enquiriesProcessing payments and handling POS systemsEducating clients on services and productsStock control and packing a small amount of online ordersCoordinating stock and supporting daily operationsMaintaining a consistently high standard of presentation within the spaceGeneral admin tasksAssisting management with tasks where necessaryThis is a casual position and not a manager or assistant manager position.
You will not be required to manage staff, handle escalated complaints or rostering.WHO YOU AREExceptional personal presentation and communication skillsReliable and happy to take the leadStrong customer service backgroundExperience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or premium retail highly regardedConfidence working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentProfessional, discreet, and client-first approachMust have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this positionAVAILABILITY & REMUNERATION2-4 days per week, changing week to week depending on business needs.Candidates that are available on Saturdays are highly favoured.
