(Experience with hand and powers tools is required)What you'll be doing:Assisting qualified fitters and production staff with fitting and assembly tasksPreparing components, parts, and materials for assemblyUsing basic hand and power tools safely and correctlyFollowing transparent, step‐by‐step instructions and work proceduresMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaLearning King Bars' fitting standards, safety systems, and quality expectationsThis is a supervised,
entry‐level role focused on learning, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.What we're looking for:Valid driver's licence and ability to commute to IpswichCompleted High School Certificate (or equivalent)Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasksReliable attendance and punctualityStrong listening skills and ability to follow instructions preciselyPositive attitude and willingness to learnClean health and police recordAbility to provide work and personal referencesPrevious fitting, mechanical, or workshop experience is helpful but not essential.
