Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Coordinate and schedule daily and weekly resources to meet client and operational requirements.
/n
- Develop and maintain work schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects remain on track.
/n
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, trades, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
/n
- Monitor job progress, priorities and changing client requirements, making adjustments to schedules as required.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, labour allocation and job status.
/n
- Assist with planning and coordination of upcoming works and projects.
/n
- Assist with preparing quotations and pricing for existing and prospective clients.
/n
- Support supervisors and operational teams with day-to-day scheduling and administrative requirements.
/n
- Identify scheduling conflicts or resource constraints and work proactively with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
/n
- Promote a strong culture of safety and ensure relevant safety requirements, procedures and incident reporting processes are followed.

- Attend and assist with regular toolbox meetings and operational planning discussions.
/n

About You
/n
/n
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration or operations, preferably within facilities maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, construction or a similar industry.
/n
- Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
/n
- Ability to coordinate multiple jobs, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
/n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
/n
- Strong computer and administration skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and scheduling information.
/n
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate professionally and resolve issues effectively.
/n
- Previous experience using scheduling, job management or ERP systems is advantageous.
/n
- C-Class driver's licence, Construction White Card and National Police Clearance required.
/n
- Experience or knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, cleaning or facilities maintenance is highly regarded.
/n
/n
This is a locally based role, and candidates must reside in the Karratha, Dampier, Wickham or Roebourne area. A local living subsidy is provided.
