Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance coordination organise remediation tasks and keep workflows moving
- Reception duties greet visitors, manage calls, inbox triage, booking appointments
- Homeowner support manage enquiries and provide clear progress updates
- Inspections & trade works arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade bookings
- Team & trade liaison work with supervisors, internal teams and trade partners
- Record keeping upload invoices,



quotes and reports accurately
- Action tracking monitor outstanding items and escalate complex matters
- General service admin phone/email enquiries, documentation, follow ups
