Uniting Care Queensland is seeking a Local Service Manager to provide line management, supervision and leadership across Community Mental Health programs in Cairns, with travel to Mackay and the Sunshine Coast. You will drive quality assurance, budget oversight and collaboration with partners to improve services for children and families.

The role requires a bachelor-level qualification and demonstrated leadership in similar settings, plus a current driver's licence and Blue Card.
