Media Coordinator | Entry Level Opportunity

Ready to kickstart your career in media and advertising? This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate to join a fast-paced and supportive team where you’ll gain hands-on experience across campaign coordination, client service, reporting, and media operations.

About the Role

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the wider client team with day-to-day campaign delivery, administration, reporting, and client communication. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, learn the fundamentals of media and client management, and gain exposure across multiple channels and campaigns.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with some internship / junior experience looking to build a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support

- Assist with campaign timelines, bookings, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and material deadlines
- Support reporting and campaign performance updates
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Assist with digital trafficking and general campaign execution tasks

Client & Team Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents
- Attend meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up actions
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners




- Contribute ideas in planning sessions and team brainstorms

Administration & Finance Support
- Update spreadsheets, reports, and client records
- Support purchase orders, invoicing, and finance admin tasks
- Maintain accurate campaign and client documentation

About You

You’re a motivated and detail-focused person who enjoys working in a team environment and is excited to learn current skills.

You’ll bring:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team-first mindset and proactive approach
