A Day in the Life
As the National Education Manager, you lead the national education strategy for Lancôme. You bridge brand vision and counter execution, turning retail teams into skincare, makeup, fragrance and luxury service authorities.
- Translate global brand masterclasses and product launches into practical, high-touch training modules across national accounts.
- Engage and motivate Beauty Advisors to provide the highest level of Customer Experience
- Upskill field teams on Point of Sale + Beauty tech services, including the Lancôme Skin Screen
- Train skin experts in advanced Facial protocols
- Educate Beauty advisors in a 3 axe service model with makeup, skincare and fragrance
- Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing leads to align training schedules directly with commercial launch cycles and retail peaks.
- Monitor retail execution consistency across department stores and specialty retailers, adapting content quickly to bridge performance gaps.
We Are Looking For
You bring a collaborative mindset and high standards for retail client experience. You bring:
- Learning Delivery: Proven capability to lead compelling, interactive training sessions across physical and virtual environments.
- Retail Acumen: Solid understanding of luxury counter operations, retail KPIs, and department store environments.
- People Leadership: Ability to coach field teams, foster collaboration, and develop field talent across diverse markets.
- Project Management: Track record organising national training roadmaps, materials, and schedules alongside marketing launches.
- Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively across sales, marketing, and external retail partners.
