What role will you play?

As a Lead Private Banker, you'll bring deep private banking expertise, trusted client relationships and strong market credibility to Macquarie Private Bank. You'll advise high-net-worth clients, families and family offices on tailored investment and strategic solutions, drawing on Macquarie's investment insights, research and institutional capability to help clients grow, protect and transition their wealth.
You'll use your networks, referral partnerships and market presence to originate new opportunities, grow assets under management and deepen long-term client relationships. Working with specialists across Macquarie and clients' broader adviser networks, you'll connect clients to distinctive insights and integrated solutions, while delivering the premium experience expected from a dedicated private banking team.
As one of our most senior bankers, you'll help shape the standard for client service, commercial judgement and collaboration across the team. You'll coach colleagues, share market insight and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Macquarie Private Bank's investment-focused proposition, enhance how we serve clients and support sustainable growth,
while ensuring advice and client materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Completion of FASEA requirements and registration on the ASIC Financial Advice Register in Australia.
- A proven track record of delivering compliant, tailored wealth strategies and investment advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, growing assets under management and achieving business development targets through referrals, networking and proactive market engagement.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Established professional networks and referral relationships, or a demonstrated ability to build and leverage influential networks that generate consistent client opportunities.
- Proven leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching and influencing colleagues to drive high performance and collaboration.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and key external stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation, communication and influencing skills, both in client interactions and written deliverables.
- A reputation as a trusted adviser with robust market credibility and the ability to represent Macquarie Private Bank in the market.
