We are now seeking an Fabrication Team Member to join our team.

/n

This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Morgan Park branch.

Your Day-To-Day Will Include: /n

/n

- /n

Read and interpret technical drawings, job cards, and work instructions to fabricate components to specification.

/n

- /n

Cut, punch, fold, and shape steel and aluminium sheet metal using guillotines, press brakes, and related fabrication equipment.

/n

- /n

Perform MIG/TIG welding and other joining techniques to produce components that meet quality and structural standards.

/n

- /n

Maintain your work area ensuring it is in a clean, safe, and organised condition.

/n

- /n





Follow all Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures, including correct use of PPE, safe operation of machinery, and safe handling of materials.

/n

- /n

Participating in CNC machine training and accessory fitting apprenticeship pathways

/n

/n

/n

- Always following safe work practices

/n

What We’re Looking For /n

/n

- Experience in welding aluminium and steel

/n

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade is not essential however advantageous

/n

- Strong attention to detail and quality

/n

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

/n

- Commitment to attendance is critical

/n

- Ability to work well in a team environment

/n

- Interest in manufacturing, assembly, or engineering

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

/n
