Accounts all-rounder

Working with a small blue color organisation based in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne we are looking for an Accounts and Payroll all rounder to join the business. This role is part time, either 5 short days, or 3 full days - we can be flexible and would suit someone who is across accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, payroll and is happy to pick up any extra administration duties as required.

The role:

Small payroll of under 20 pax using Xero

Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for one state





Assisting other team members during busy periods or covering leave periods

Ad-hoc administration as required

The successful candidate:

Will have 3-5 years experience as an accounts all rounder or bookkeeper

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience with BAS desired but not essential

Shows initiative and supports others within the team

Payroll experience is desired but not essential

Someone who is used to working in an autonomous environment and owning your own processes

Notting Hill location, parking onsite * Part time, either 3 full days or 5 shorter days

Salary of $85,000-$90,000 + super pro rata
