Market Research Interviewers - Brisbane CBD

We are seeking reliable and committed Call Centre professionals for a casual part-time Telephone Interviewing project based in Brisbane CBD, commencing 20 October and running through to late November early December.

Significant Commitment Requirement

This project requires candidates who are available to work rostered shifts for the duration of the assignment. Due to the nature of the project, we are seeking applicants who can demonstrate a strong attendance record and are committed to turning up for every scheduled shift. If you have regular conflicting commitments or limited availability, this role may not be suitable.

What's on Offer

- Monday to Friday: 2:30pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Consistent hours throughout the project

About the Role

You will conduct telephone interviews as part of a market research project, engaging with participants, accurately recording responses and delivering a high standard of customer interaction.

About You

- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Market research or telephone interviewing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Confident handling challenging conversations
- Strong reliability and attendance record
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Available and committed to attending all rostered shifts throughout the assignment
