Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient preventive and breakdown maintenance across the facility.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established schedules and procedures.
- Support the Facilities Supervisor in ensuring all buildings, equipment, and services operate safely and effectively.
- Contribute to a high standard of presentation and functionality across the health service.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual with hands-on maintenance experience and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. You'll be organised, reliable, and able to work within established procedures while effectively communicating with the Facilities Supervisor and broader team. Your initiative, problem-solving ability, and pride in maintaining a safe environment will make you a valued member of our service.
