- Located at: Hastings and Rosebud, with travel to all Peninsula sites
- Classification: Physiotherapist Grade 2 Year 1 - Year 4 (VB1 - VB4)* plus super

Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.

The Team & Role

Join a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to improving developmental outcomes for children and families across our community. As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will provide family-centred, evidence-based assessment and intervention services for children aged 0-6 years experiencing developmental delays, with support extending up to 12 years where required. Working within a holistic, social model of health framework, you will partner with families, early years professionals and community services to deliver outreach, education, consultancy and group-based programs.

Skills & Experience Required

- Holder of a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and maintain current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience providing evidence-based physiotherapy services to children and their families within the community sector including group work
- Established skills and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged families.
- Developing leadership skills and commitment to reflective, continuous learning
- Proven ability to lead continuous quality improvement projects.
