- 2:2 FIFO roster ex-Perth on 12 hour shifts, with an immediate start available

Shift Electrician: Underground Hard Rock Mining
FIFO ex-Perth | 2:2 Roster

Join a high-grade, long-life underground operation. Small site, strong crew, plenty of technical variety. UG experience is preferred but not essential for the right electrician with the right experience.

Roster:

- 2:2 roster, 12 hour shifts
- FIFO ex-Perth
- Fly in/out day - Tuesday

About the role:
You'll be one of the go-to electricians on a small, high-grade gold mine, covering a broad scope of maintenance and project electrical work across mobile and fixed plant.

Duties will include:

- Pilot circuit installation and fault finding
- Leaky feeder system installation and maintenance
- Automine setup and support
- Isolation and Permit Management (IPMs)
- HV connections and switching
- General underground electrical maintenance and breakdowns





What you'll need:

- Trade qualified Electrician (Electrical Fitter Mechanic)
- Underground hard rock mining experience preferred
- If you don't have UG experience, you'll need:

- A solid working knowledge of electrical control circuits
- The ability to read and work from electrical schematics (SLDs)
- Hands-on experience glanding SWA cables
- Automine and/or HV exposure highly regarded
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
