Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced LF Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client's busy warehouse and production operation in Wetherill Park.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping warehouse and production operations running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for safely moving raw materials, pallets and finished products throughout the site while supporting both warehouse and production requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving cardboard, packaging materials and pallets
- Supplying materials to production areas
- Moving finished products from production to storage and dispatch
- Stacking and organizing pallets
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Keeping warehouse and production areas clear and organized
- Completing daily forklift checks
- Following site safety procedures




- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced and reliable operator who can confidently work around a busy production and warehouse environment.
You'll need:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Minimum 2 years' forklift experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or production
- Experience moving pallets and materials safely and efficiently
- Strong safety awareness
- Good reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability Monday to Friday

Experience in cardboard, paper, packaging or FMCG manufacturing will be highly regarded.
