Recruitment Coordinator

- Maximum term, full-time (part-time considered)
- Monday to Friday, @ 7.6 hours per day
- Commencing October 2026 to January 2027 - available to start by 19 October

- Wollongong Head Office Location with flexible hybrid working conditions available

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage end-end recruitment for our services and head office portfolios. You will develop campaigns to attract talent, screen candidates and coordinate offers and contracts. You will bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers, helping to deliver a supportive and successful recruitment experience. You will also manage all role-related reporting and provide broader support to the People & Culture team.

What you need to succeed

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education (desirable not essential)
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy workload with competing deadlines

- Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills

- A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- A cleared National Criminal Record Check

- Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
- Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
- Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace.
