Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators for a long-term opportunity in a high-volume freezer environment (-26°C). If you’re a confident reach operator and comfortable working in extreme cold conditions, we’d like to hear from you.
The role
- Operating a reach forklift in a freezer environment (-26°C)
- Putaways, replenishment and stock movements
- Picking/staging freight and working to site KPIs
- Following WHS procedures and safe forklift operation at all times
Shifts available (Monday to Friday)
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
or * 2:30pm – 10:30pm
What we’re looking for
- Proven reach forklift experience (essential)
- Comfortable working in a freezer (-26°C)
- Crown joystick reach experience preferred (not essential)
- Double-deep reach experience preferred (not essential)
- Available for ongoing, long-term work Monday to Friday on one of the shifts above
- Must supply your own compliant freezer PPE gear (yellow in colour)
- Highly recommended you also have your own freezer BOOTS
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- Reliable attendance and a robust safety-first attitude
