The opportunity
Working across finance, operations and corporate teams, This is a broad role spanning management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement and acquisition integration during an exciting period of transition and national growth.
The FP&A; Analyst will turn complex data into practical insight that improves performance and supports executive decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing operational and financial performance, including occupancy, revenue, labour costs, care minutes, agency usage and service profitability.
- Developing dashboards, KPIs and management reports that explain trends, risks, opportunities and budget variances.
- Mapping and improving business processes, defining requirements and supporting change, systems and transformation initiatives.
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, business cases, acquisition due diligence and the integration of recent operations.
About you
You will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, accounting or a related discipline, together with CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience analysing business performance and preparing management reporting in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services or another regulated sector.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- The ability to interpret complex information, communicate clear recommendations and partner effectively with varied stakeholders.
- Aged care systems, funding models, multi-site operations and acquisition or integration experience will be highly regarded.
