Serene Residential Care, operated by Bluedawn Healthcare, is a boutique 43-bed, fully accredited aged care home in the peaceful suburb of Lockleys. We provide respectful, compassionate care in a safe and welcoming environment. Our team of nurses, personal care workers and allied health professionals is dedicated to the wellbeing of every resident.

The Opportunity
We are seeking two compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses to join our care team. These are full time positions with structured shifts and weekend and overtime loadings. You'll have the chance to build genuine relationships with residents while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Salary: 85,000 to 95,000 per annum, plus superannuation, weekend and overtime loadings

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our aged care home, you will:

- assess and respond to the physical, emotional and social needs of residents
- develop, implement and evaluate personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
- administer medications, provide wound care and manage chronic conditions
- observe, monitor and record residents' health status, and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
- supervise,



coordinate and mentor enrolled nurses and care workers to maintain high standards of care
- keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with aged care compliance and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- take part in audits, reviews and quality improvement activities
- provide health education and support to residents and their families
- collaborate with the care team to ensure residents are supported with dignity and respect

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor of Nursing degree (mandatory)
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care nursing (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support or a similar qualification (desirable)
- Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
