ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a leading role in managing a portfolio of client-side projects, providing direction from initial strategy and planning through to delivery and completion.

Working closely with clients and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for establishing delivery strategies, managing project teams and ensuring projects achieve their commercial, programme and quality objectives.

This position will suit someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, confidently navigating complex project environments while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives and support the delivery standards of the wider team.

DUTIES.





- Direct project delivery from inception and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and final completion.
- Establish project strategies, delivery programmes, budgets and procurement approaches.
- Manage multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide senior-level advice on project risks, commercial matters, programme performance and delivery challenges.
- Maintain oversight of project governance, reporting, quality, variations and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Mentor project team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Support the ongoing growth of the business through client engagement and identifying new opportunities.
