Your new role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance across a national portfolio. Based in a Sydney office, you will act as the central point of contact between clients, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring works are scheduled, tracked and delivered in line with agreed service levels.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating work orders, allocating jobs to contractors, monitoring progress and managing job updates through to completion. You will also be responsible for prioritising urgent requests,



resolving scheduling issues and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Facilities role

- Background in maintenance, trades or property services.

- Sound understanding of reactive and planned maintenance workflows

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
